Shipping Coverage

We currently ship freight orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada may be available upon request. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on location and freight carrier schedules.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods depend on the size and weight of the product.

  • Packages under 150 lbs are shipped via major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

  • Items over 150 lbs are shipped using LTL freight carriers to ensure safe transportation.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for many products delivered to commercial addresses or the nearest freight terminal.

Products eligible for free freight shipping include:

  • Tire Changers

  • Wheel Balancers

  • Shop Equipment

  • Scissor Lifts

  • Two-Post and Four-Post Lifts

Free shipping applies only when the delivery location has forklift access or a loading dock.

If no forklift is available, customers may choose terminal pickup at the nearest freight carrier location.

Equipment Unloading

Customers are responsible for unloading freight from the delivery truck.

For large equipment such as two-post lifts, four-post lifts, and heavy machinery, a forklift or unloading dock is required.

Please ensure proper unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery. Freight carriers typically allow 30 minutes for unloading.

Additional Delivery Services

Additional services may require extra charges, including:

Residential Delivery: $90
Liftgate Service: $90 (not available for two-post or four-post lifts)
Limited Access Locations: $150 surcharge

Limited access locations include:

  • Schools

  • Hospitals

  • Airports

  • Military bases

  • Government buildings

  • Restaurants

  • Resorts

  • Construction sites

  • Ports or docks

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas, high-cost locations, and non-standard delivery zones.

Delivery Requirements

Delivery is curbside only. Placement inside buildings, garages, or backyards is not included in standard delivery service.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.

Missed deliveries may result in re-delivery fees charged by the freight carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an address change is requested after shipment has been scheduled, additional carrier fees may apply.

Terminal Pickup

Customers may select freight terminal pickup during checkout. Please ensure the correct delivery option is selected before completing your order.

Requests to change delivery methods after shipment may result in additional charges and delays.

Storage Fees

If shipments are not picked up or received within the carrier’s allowed timeframe, storage fees may be charged by the freight carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Inspection

Customers must inspect shipments carefully before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.

If damage or missing items are present:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  • Take photos immediately.

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Damaged Shipments

If the shipment arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery or clearly mark the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist with the claim process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty.

Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to:

  • Return freight charges

  • A 10% restocking fee
